Payment

We accept payments made with all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. You can submit your payment card details as a 'Guest' through the Paypal link at the checkout.

Delivery​

Standard UK delivery is free. I aim to dispatch your goods within 5 working days (or sooner) from receipt of your order.

A signature maybe required upon delivery.

Coronavirus

Even though our posties and couriers are working their sacks off at the moment, delivery times can vary. If you are concerned that your order is taking longer than expected to reach you, then please let me know.

International Shipping:

for international shipping costs. All local taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging:

All orders are fulfilled and packed up very carefully by me and are sent out in double or triple layer packaging to ensure your purchase gets to you in one piece. I make every effort to reuse and recycle packaging where possible, but rest assured your chosen item(s) will be packed securely.

Variations:                                   

As all my pieces are individually made and glazed entirely by hand, slight variations in colour, form and finish are to be expected. This is inevitable and enhances the individuality of each piece. Please be aware that online image quality and colour may vary slightly depending on screen resolution.

​Returns & Refunds

I hope you will get as much joy from your item(s) as I do making them. If however you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact me at lizziebrown.ceramics@gmail.com 

An item can be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original saleable condition it was received for a refund or an exchange. 

 

The customer is responsible for return delivery costs. All items for refund or exchange should be returned in the original packaging, well packaged and protected from damage in transit. A refund will be issued once the product has been received. Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

 

We suggest that goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost in transit.

 

Although great care is taken to ensure your item arrives in excellent condition, if an item is damaged, please inform me within 24 hours of delivery and send photographs of the damage to lizziebrown.ceramics@gmail.com

 

Please let me know immediately if there is a problem with your purchase as we always sort out any queries.
