'Hang Ups' are a range of porcelain hanging decorations designed to twist or hang on a wall, cupboard or door. 

 

Mad March Hares, polar bears, birds, stags, hearts and stars prominently feature in this range. The 'Mad March Hare’, ‘Polar Explorer’, ‘Larkrise’ and ‘Bluebird’ are all hung on copper wire with a porcelain moon, star or heart following on behind.

 

The porcelain hearts and stars and stags are available in a range of designs and colours with an adjustable ribbon and hand made porcelain button to complete the look.

 

Each piece is impressed with patterns and found objects, such as, screws, nails, bolts and buttons. Small handmade linocuts and sprigs of birds, hares and flowers are incorporated into each silhouette. All are hand painted, softly glazed and are lustred with gold or silver, in order to catch the light. My hang ups look particularly beautiful when hung on a wooden beam, fireplace mantel or a cupboard door.
