Hand built from fine porcelain, all tea lights and candleholders are hand painted, softly glazed and translucent when lit.

 

Some are inspired by long coastal walks and days beach combing at the seaside, while others are inspired by folklore and storytelling.

 

Hand made stencils, linocuts and sprigs are impressed into the clay or added to a piece to form textures and patterns. Some are encrusted with shells, stones and small linocut images. Found objects, such as nails, screws, bolts and buttons are also impressed into the clay. 

 

All tea lights are speckled with gold or silver lustre designed to softly catch the light when lit.
