Payment Details:

Payment accepted by cheque made payable to ‘E.A.Brown’.

There is no VAT to pay

Payment is required in full before your order is dispatched or collected. Once your order is confirmed an invoice will be sent.

Large orders may be subject to 1/3 advance deposit.

Delivery: Charge subject to weight and service required.

Refunds Policy: Refunds will be given at our discretion. Please check all tiles prior to fixing.

In the event of a course being cancelled, by us, for any reason, a full refund will be given. Full fees may be forfeit in the event of a cancellation by a student within one week of a course.

Our terms: All products are handmade and will therefore vary slightly in colour, detail and size.

The colours of the products were matched at the time of photography, however due to variations in display on monitor settings we cannot guarantee that the colour illustrated is an exact match to the finished article.

Some glazes are intended to craze. This is a natural characteristic of many of our tiles and is not an imperfection.

All tiles are priced separately. Please contact us directly for prices for larger batch orders.

All tiles are suitable for interior wall surfaces and are not recommended for use on work surfaces, floors or exteriors.
